        About what you have asked :- Yes .. everything was painted and vectored using the PenTool in Photoshop CS .. no image's in the wall ..

        The image i vectored is taking from the naruto movie "3" .. shown in the end of episode 197-198-199 << same ending .. and u can get it from the scan's section too ..

        Im not sure if i got the numbers right :P .. but you got the idea ^___^ ..
